Hey, I'm Dave
I'm Smokey Dave, from Royse City, Texas. Smokey Dave's started with one question:
"What if I could make money doing what I love?"
Now I run the pit at Smokey Dave's BBQ, run Sammitches, our roadside BBQ pop-up, and DJ events as DJ Smokey Dave.

Trinity
Trinity is a 250-gallon reverse-flow smoker. Her tank was made by Trinity Steel in 1953, and that's where her name comes from.

DJ Smokey Dave
I started DJing in 2018 on a Roland controller with Serato DJ. Since then I've built a big sound system with laser lights, and I host and MC events too.
